FYI - I can confirm that BlueStacks and the radiosity apk add-on are working well today on my Win 10 laptop.
I had to resort to using these 2 programs since my Roku3 isn't allowing radiosity to be used with it.

you link your code to your paid subscription is you got your subscription from this site then you do it by clicking on the "account" icon at the top.
if you got it from a reseller they should have given you a direct link to the server along with a username and passoword
