I concur. Why would there be CC on one channel but not on others? Needs to be addressed.

it's a no win situation because some folks want it and some don't. so it is what it is. no way to choose what version you want.

In most cases majority usually wins. I have to believe the majority doesn’t want to be constantly looking at closed caption at the bottom of their screen.

For the hearing impaired such as myself.. CC helps greatly...
