New Roku acc't and factory reset

Followed every instruction carefully and end result is will not enable developer mode.........Very frustrated that no one will reply.........

Im not positive on this but I believe if the roku software is updated with the newest version that they blocked its ability to go into developer mode. I heard this but can't verify for sure. Good luck

i found out it may not work if your roku.com account is not in the US. and it wokrs better using a gmail email address. the address does NOT have to be real one.
