Customer Support

Please help. I purchased a new account from this site. Payment was successful but I haven't received my subscription yet . I tried using the support tab but I still have an open ticket.

Cant seem to extend my subscription. Payment page does not load. Please help

Yes, I also purchased a subscription from this site a week ago but my account has not been activated either. I opened a ticket yesterday but still now answer today. Can you please help me activate the account?

The new code radio045 is not working unable to use the app..

Same thing has happened to me. Its been six days since ive payed and still have not gotten the credits to show up on my radiosity account. I have opened support tickets inquiring on the issue. I would appreciate a legitimate answer or solution. It seems that this company is quick to charge our cards and not very good at customer support. I hope we get our service soon.

radio047 is the new code but why haven't you installed the permant fix yet?

The auto update is not working as far as I can see. The 47 file is also down.
