Unable to unlink roku from account

Hi i applied for the free trial via the website and that worked fine. Before that account (freemium) was expired I also took a month subscription. In My Account setting I see both however I'm unable to link the box from the account.

I tried private messaging the admin here as well, but no response so far. How many times I tried via the app, it simply doesn't allow the unlinking to take place. Please some help with this.
