I paid by paypal, but forgot to add my user name and account details, what can I do? or who can I contact?

It is getting worst with the support center and it looks like the client has no right to complain. My subscription is block because I have open a case at paypal for the delay caused by Radiosity. Even though Radiosity had the case in it favour they have decided to block me while it is their own fault and delay for not activating my subscription on time. This is a total lack of respect toward the client!

Place a ticket support here: tickets.php and send us your email used to send the funds, also, we'll need the sub you want to extend or let us know if want a new one.
