So I got an email from Radiosity I copied and pasted here. I have been a member since 2017. Obviously I have an account.

Thanks I have one account with a device linked to it. The others are older accounts that I don’t have anything link to it. Account number rd3668t user name A1cellphones I can post a pic of my payment I have already sent it to support .
