Poor Customer service is unacceptable

It's unacceptable that we have a problem with freezing TV shows and no answer or communication at all on my previous post from Radiosity.
Is the no response because you are too busy, don't know, or don't give a shit?
How about an answer?

i could be the admin is too busy or he could be with family during the holidays. you really should try using a reseller as they don't have as much on there plate as the admin does and your communication should be better

If the admin is too busy to receive the funds and run the paid business, he should probably find an alternative business. As I paid customer I intoxicate 25/8 service ... not 24/7....I have paid the funds... and. Still can not get in ... with.., Blocked IP message on my box...

To MyfishTV. Your words are not without wisdom , but this problem has been over several months and three posts with nary a reply.
I also questioned my reseller but he didn't know either.
Problem seems to have been cleared up for now.
No communication policy from provider is not good.
