More Customers Lost

Speaking to some friends yesterday who tried Radiosity have become frustrated by the lack of service and constant buffering and offline channels. Even my neighbour who recommended Radiosity to me has left.

Radiosity has always had trouble activating people's accounts in a timely manner, but at least the channels worked. Now the basic core functionality has turned to crap. I'm trying to watch a non-live TV series and literally every 1 or 2 minutes, it pauses. It's quite annoying.

Given that the Admins of the company seem to be disinterested in helping or even taking a few minutes to write a status, I have strong doubts about the survivability of Radiosity.

I thought I'd give one more chance, but that was a mistake. I recommend that anyone considering Radiosity please reconsider before throwing your money away.

The managers have quit - why should we continue to donate our money to them?
