Usually takes up to 48 hrs

As for the card charged twice
DONT refresh your payment page
DONT go back a page to view it
DONT click payment more than once

Not saying that you did @msnicki2001 but these are common problems that people do and the result is what you are stating.

Radiosity has ALWAYS been trustworthy to me for all my payments and problems

Hi I have a friend who paid for a year got the activation email couldn't remember password did the lost password got a temporary password but when he tries to login it says account locked due to to many tries he's been trying for a week how can you help his username is rolly if you need his email address let me know it looks like it needs to be unlocked or reset

I renewed the the wrong account and need to change the subscription to the correct account . Is there any way to do it cause I have been waiting over 6 days for someone at support yo do it but haven’t heard back from them

you should be able to click on the my account icon at the top and see both subscriptions. just unlink from the one you don't want and link to the one you do want
