i don't think you can use the scan code you must input the code manully

radiosity uploader has two username boxes instead of one box for username and one box for password so i keep getting error message after i put pasword in second username box whats the solution

trying to send activation code for radiosity roku keep saying there was a problem what do i need to do to activate radiosity..

if you subscribed from a reseller you need to send a pm (private message) to the reseller, if you subscribed thru the website you should open a support ticket and let them know

If you buy the reseller pannel it take from 2 hours to 24 hours to give you the info tru the email and account you register

Hi I was charged 3 times for my subscription yet I'm not being allowed to activate my account. I get an activation code on my tv but no where to put it
