paid for new subscription aug. 4th...got conf. order#20170803190456 ..my acct. not showing new subscription added for me to link my Roku...I now have radiosity set to developer mode how do I get back up and running?

I am having trouble with the paying with bitcoin process saying the address gap is too large?? I have bitcoin i want to pay with.
