I’ve been waiting since September 17th. Admin has replied to my ticket that my account is active. But keeps referring to my second device that has been active since July. Not the one I just paid for. No resolution yet. Please help admin. I’ve replied to the tickets I’ve open and the emails sent to me

I paid yesterday to activate my account . but I didn't get any feedback yet . please help
