Reseller Credits

I have paid for credits for my panel, emailed a few times, opened a support ticket and no answer any where and my last post about this is gone so i am writing another one. I just would like my credits added to my panel please.

When I try to buy reseller credits it sends me to the forums.

This is because you need to log in first in the forum and after that make the purchase.

I purchased reseller credits and it didn't go to my reseller account it started new service account can you fix this?

I want to buy the (Started) package and need some info like the 25 credit that i'll get is it for one year each.
