No Confirmation/ No Email / No answer to my support question
When I paid for the service it had my username Crypton in the name section so I changed it to my real name because I used a Debit Card to pay with and figured that it would not go through with a name of Crypton.
I posted for help on these forums and got no answer and I also put in a support ticket and did not get an answer.
My guess is I should have left my username in the name field but there was nothing telling me to do that when I signed up.
Some help would be appreciated
