movies not playing

There are a lot of movies that will not play the load bar on the bottom goes to half way then no signal displays. This has been happening since march i have changed the hdmi cable tried it on a different television deleted and reloaded the radiosity app (I have a roku 2) Is there any fix for this? None of the new movies released work at all.

i have been getting the same complaints from a few customers as well .
movies & series both ..there is no specific one..just any at any time .
perhaps check your servers capacity if it's not overloading or reaching peak ?

Our datacenter capacity does not even reach 20% of load, we warranty we have a strong servers and a huge internet bandwidth to support all our current and future customers for the next couple of years.

As tv shows and movies are uploading all days all day, we really appreciate identify and send me those which your customer complain in order to fix those particular VOD content asap.

I had issues where movies would buffer - almost like you have a slow internet connection - then carry on again....happened allot during I.T. and Gostbusters - it would stop - freeze - then sort of go back a few seconds - then you would hear sound - then it would catch up to the picture - then continue.

Same with this one - buffering - Mechanic: Resurrection (2016) - over the weekend.
