No response as far as updates on service. Everything seems to be out including the techs. They must not care since they get paid anyways. I’ve been reading way to many complaints ranging from delayed service activation past the 24-48 period. But the biggest thing is lack of responses from them. Going back to showing that they really don’t care. A simple reply would help in relating that to other customers who are upset. Instead I got to make up lies to keep them at ease.
