I just signed up and paid one month subscription yesterday, I don’t see it in my account to active and how long time its take more Any suggestions?

Hello Admin i been emailing support in regards to my reseller account. I sent out Payment October 22nd and havent received any credits.

I paid $15 for renewal 11/1 and still down. Also open a ticket and have no response, don’t know what’s happening. Please help I send all the info at the ticket.
