I purchase a subscription 5 days ago it took 5 seconds to charge my card but still no activation. Open 2 support tickets and nobody replies. What's going on?? All i want is a refund.

Same with me, I make a payment last week to renew my subscription and still waiting. Open 3 suport tickets one answered but still no activation. How long do I have to wait?
