PAYMENT FAILURE

Is anyone receiving payment fail issues when trying to purchase the Black Friday Subscription? Any suggestions? I have tried numerous times with three different credit cards.

I was getting message "payment failure try again later or tomorrow"
Now the message is reading " ip repeat business". Whatever that means.

I can't even get to my account information to Renew both devices under the Black Friday deal. Help because I can't even access support page!

Something is happening and we're in the dark. Im going to guess that radiosity is on its way out like so many IPTV services. FEDS & the lawyers probably on thier a$$es. We deserve a response

Surprised to see the "payment failure …." sign with every try to renew subscription. Support page is not working either, help

Same as here. I tried all weekend. I submitted a ticket. But still no response. "Paymet fail. Try again later or tomorrow." The purpose of the Black Friday deal was just that to take advantage of the deal. SMH.

We're so sorry about this inconvenience...so, here's the good news..
Once we finished to setup the new payment system (within the next 10 days) everyone who tried to purchased or renewed an account during the BlackFriday promo dates will receive an email from us to honor the price we published in the promo.
